Position: General Labour
• Starting wage at $19.00/hour
• Day Shifts Available
• Toronto Area
The Company
Our client is a well-established Canadian metal recycling plant that has been in business for over 50 years.
Position Summary
• Sorting scrap metal
• Putting tire rims on the conveyor belt and cleaning the rims
• Other duties as needed throughout the plant
• Following the instructions of the supervisor
Skills and Knowledge
• Manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Hand/eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to maintain good working relationship with coworkers and supervisor
Working Environment
• Warehouse environment
• May be working indoors and outdoors
• Standing, lifting, bending
• Day Shift
• Steel toed safety shoes
