Position Overview
This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates seeking hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator / General Labourer, you will play a key role in production operations, packaging, quality control, and maintaining workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Package superfood-related products according to company standards
- Accurately label products and prepare shipments for distribution
- Perform quality inspections to ensure production standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support additional warehouse and production duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to lift between 5–50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with supervisors and coworkers
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset
Working Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse and food production facility
- Day shift schedule
- CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear required
