Get Your Employees Active

Most of us have heard reports about the health risks of our sedentary jobs....

Our Employees are Ready to Work

All Labour Source employees receive a comprehensive initial orientation that serves as an introduction to Labour Source policies and relevant employment and health and safety legislation.

Orientation includes mandated industrial training such as a WHIMS overview  so our employees can work safely and effectively in our clients’ business settings.

During orientations, our advisors refer to the CLIENT PROFILE as they plan the orientation needs of new employees. Referencing the CLIENT PROFILE ensures that workers are given complete and consistent training before starting at our clients’ worksite. Specific training at the client’s worksite is still required for new workers, but the Labour Source orientation gives its employees a solid foundation of information to build on.

Quality candidate screening and orientation makes a difference.
