Health & Safety Policy

Safety First

It is the policy of Labour Source Canada that every employee is entitled to work under the safest possible conditions. This organization is dedicated to the health and safety of its employees and strongly believes that an educated worker is a safe worker.

Education can only be obtained through training and knowledge. We provide essential training and practical knowledge to ensure our employees are aware of the dangers surrounding them everyday while they are working.

Labour Source, as the employer, is ultimately responsible for employee health and safety. We, as Management at Labour Source, give you our promise that every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect our employees and visitors.

Clients will be held accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors under their supervision. Clients are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that employees work in compliance with our established work practices and procedures.

We promise all of our employees we will ensure they have all received adequate training by our clients, in their specific work tasks to protect them.

Employees are responsible for exercising the maximum care and good judgment in preventing accidents. No job shall be considered efficiently completed unless the employee has followed every precaution to protect themselves and fellow workers. The responsibility for reporting unsafe conditions, equipment, and practices, belongs to all employees.

It is in the interest of all concerned to consider Health and Safety in every activity.

Our commitment to health and safety is an integral part of this organization.
